LPS News: Simmons Art Contest Winner

The Oklahoma Alliance for Arts Education chose artwork by 8th grade student Lency Simmons as a winner in their annual bookmark contest. Lency’s design will be one of seven printed on 2,000 bookmarks, distributed to libraries across Oklahoma, and presented to the Governor and other elected officials.
