Battle Of The Books Hosted By Freedom Elementary

Freedom Elementary will be hosting Battle of the Books on Thurs., May 4 at 9:30 am in the Freedom Elementary Green Gym. The Lawton Public School's District Battle of the Books will highlight Eisenhower Elementary, Freedom Elementary, Lincoln Elementary and Whittier Elementary as teams of 3 students "battle" each other to identify a book based only on a quote. Lawton Public Schools will be holding the American Indian Education Senior Celebration on Wednesday, April 19 from 6pm - 7pm at the Albert Johnson Sr. Conference Center. The Indian Education program will take this time to celebrate the graduating seniors with families, administration, and local tribal leaders.
